What the request form collects

Grung Audio collects only the information you enter when planning a system: your service direction, description of the goal or problem, vehicle details, location, known modifications, name, phone number, and email address.

How the information is used

The owner uses your information to understand the requested work, contact you, prepare an invoice, and schedule service. Request information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and are available only through the password-protected owner panel. When a request is archived, the detailed request and private notes are deleted. The archive keeps only the customer name, invoice amount, paid or unpaid state, invoice number, and closed date for basic business records.

Spam protection

The request form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed for that security check. Grung Audio does not send your written request, contact details, or other form entries to Turnstile.

To ask what information is held about you or request deletion before the record is archived, contact grungaudio@gmail.com. This address must be replaced with the working Grung Audio contact address before launch.
